You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, permit any third party to use your Account, or access another person's Account.
BC55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. BC55 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, BC55 may require the Player to complete a KYC verification process. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport) and proof of residential address. Additional documentation may be requested at BC55's discretion, including proof of payment method ownership.
KYC verification is a regulatory requirement under our international licence. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. This process is in place to protect players and ensure platform integrity.

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary currency. Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. BC55 accepts no responsibility for any currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Minimum thresholds for specific payment channels may differ and will be displayed at the point of deposit. BC55 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from unlawful activity. BC55 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations under its international licence.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the Account, unless otherwise approved by BC55's compliance team. This policy is maintained to prevent money laundering and protect all parties.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to Turnover Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion's individual terms. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at all may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.

The BC55 referral programme allows existing Players to invite new users to the Platform. Referral rewards are subject to the referred Player successfully completing registration, KYC verification, and their first qualifying deposit. Self-referrals — including the use of multiple Accounts by the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and Account termination.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and platform risk controls. BC55 reserves the right to void bets placed on suspended or closed markets.
All casino game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios and governed by their respective game rules. In the event of a technical failure that disrupts a game round, BC55 will endeavour to resolve the matter equitably but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
BC55 reserves the right to void any Wager that has been placed at erroneously published odds, on markets that were posted in error, or where a clear technical or human error is evident. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid and any credited amounts may be reversed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BC55 Platform:
Breach of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. BC55 reserves the right to report suspected illegal conduct to the relevant authorities.
All content on the BC55 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game content — is owned by or licensed to BC55 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in such content to the Player.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without BC55's prior written authorisation.

Nothing in these Terms limits BC55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
BC55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; duplicate Account activity; or use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting BC55's support team. Upon closure, any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting Turnover Requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to KYC clearance.
Upon Account closure or suspension, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending Wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules and outcomes.
BC55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
